Epping Forest Multi Sport Days will give young people ages 5-14 the chance to take part in fun packed days of exciting and engaging activities including football, dodgeball, tennis, mini olympics, dance and competitions.

We will provide you with your own T-Shirt and everything else you need to make your T-Shirt stand out from the crowd. Learn new skills to use back home to create your very own fashion materpieces!

Learn the art of wind chime making using lots of different recyclable items. Tin cans, bottles and bamboo canes all make amazing sounds when put together. Add a little sparkle to your garden to help you chiill.

A non-contact boxing session perfect for all abilities. The session will work on the agility, footwork and types of basic punches that all boxers need, with a variety of non contact drills/games, pads and bag work. Siblings welcome too.

Disability Inclusion Project - Canalability All Ages
Join us on a relaxing day along the River Stort, as we take the Stort Daybreak for a day trip, whether you want to have a steer or work the locks or just sit and watch the world go by from the water this promises to be a great day! Please note due to extremely limited places we encourage children and young people to attend without an adult where possible. Bring a packed lunch. This session is only for children or young people with disabilities/SEN. Must book in advance.
Disability Inclusion Project - Epping and Ongar Railway
Join us on an exciting journey around the Epping Forest Country side. We start the journey on the Steam Locomotive; take a tour on the Heritage Bus and also a trip on the DMU. Also a chance to look around Ongar Station with souvenir shop and Buffet Stop Café. Siblings welcome, must book in advance.
Disability Inclusion Project - Inclusive Cycle Rides with TrailNet
Following on from the successful taster sessions, this Easter we will be offering Inclusive Bike Rides. For each session we have a mixture of skills and games, followed by a lead ride around the country park. Parents and siblings are welcome to join the ride with their own bikes. Must book in advance.
Disability Inclusion Project - Multi Sports Day Camp
Join our sports camp for a day of activities. The coaches will be putting on a variety of fun sports sessions ranging from Trampolining, Short Tennis, Football, Tag Rugby, Athletics and Boccia to name just a few!
Your child will need a packed lunch, plenty to drink and please wear suitable clothing.
If your child will require to take medication through out the activity please discuss this with us prior to booking.
Disability Inclusion Project - Own a Pony
Come and experience all the fun that comes with owning a pony. Learn how to groom, tack up and feed 'your' pony, and of course ride. Must book in advance. This session is only for children or young people with disabilities/SEN. Please wear suitable footwear. Wellington boots are best.
Disability Inclusion Project - Spring at Suntrap
See the forest spring into life! Bug hunts, trails, pond dipping, crafts and even and Easter egg hunt all on offer at our Suntrap fun days. Siblings and parents are more than welcome to join in the fun too!
Please dress appropriately for the weather and bring a packed lunch. Must book in advance. Easter egg hunt Wednesday 4th April only.

Come and enjoy an hour of Swimming and an hour or Trampolining. Parents can swim too! If your child is under 8 you need to be present for the swim session. Must book in advance. Siblings welcome.
