Spend a fun morning in the museum garden. Learn how to draw plants from life, understand how and why they grow and explore how other artists have painted plants over the years.
Please wear clothing and footwear suitable for the outdoors. This workshop will go ahead whatever the weather.
Parents are welcome and encouraged to attend but need to book and take part too. 

Please note that this workshop is educational as well as creative, with language and content aimed at children 8+. It is not recommended for younger children.

Disability Inclusion Project - Bounce and Swim

Come and enjoy an hour of trampolining and hour of swimming. Parents can swim too! If your child is under 8 you need to be present for the swim session. Must book in advance. 

This session is only for children or young people with disabilities/SEN and their siblings.

Please note: Due to Ongar Leisure Centre double booking the swimming pool, we have had to move the Bounce and Swim session on Monday 23rd July forward half an hour. The session will now start at 1pm. Trampolining will be 1pm-2pm and swimming 2pm-3pm.

Join us on a relaxing day along the River Stort, as we take the Stort Daybreak for a day trip, whether you want to have a steer, work the locks or just sit and watch the world go by from the water, this promises to be a great day!

Following on from the successful taster sessions, this Easter we will be offering Inclusive Bike Rides. Join our sports camp for a day of activities. The coaches will be putting on a variety of fun sports sessions ranging from Trampolining, Short Tennis, Football, Tag Rugby, Athletics and Boccia to name just a few!

Your child will need a packed lunch, plenty to drink and please wear suitable clothing.

If your child will require to take medication through out the activity please discuss this with us prior to booking.

Disability Inclusion Project - Soft Play at Ashlyn's

For two hours we have exclusive use of the Soft Play at Ashlyn’s Farm. This indoor soft play session is only for children with a SEND and their families. Children free to play on the equipment at their own leisure. The café will be open for food and drinks. Adults must stay with their children.
