Epping Forest’s Basketball Drop In will give young people aged 10-15 years a chance to take part in exciting and engaging basketball activities. A relaxed session based around having fun & playing games. Come and drop in!

Epping Forest’s Futsal Drop In session will give young people aged 11-15 years a chance to take part in various different futsal activities along with many matches! Come and drop by for lots of fun!
Epping Forest Multi Sport Days will give young people ages 5-14 the chance to take part in fun packed days of exciting and engaging activities including football, dodgeball, tennis, mini olympics, dance and competitions.
Epping Forest’s Tennis Activators sessions will give young people aged 5-10 years the chance to take part in various fun and engaging tennis activities.
Long Nose Puppets presents... Penguin
Penguin is a spectacular theatre experience for all ages, especially 2-8 year olds. Long Nose Puppets return to the district with their fantastic show; full of colour, surprises and lively songs that will have everyone singing along. Penguin is based on the award-winning book by Polly Dunbar, which this celebrates its 10th anniversary.
Duration: 45 minutes plus 15 minutes 'meet the puppets'
Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Valentines Day Inspired Cake Decorating and Sugar Craft Workshop
Valentines Day inspired cake decorating and sugar craft workshop for children under 16.
Come along to this workshop and learn how to decorate cakes using piping techniques. You can take home all the cakes you decorate for yourself or to share with your family and friends this valentines day.
You will learn icing techniques and develop new skills when making the valentine edible decorations from sugar paste.
Disability Inclusion Project - Bounce and Swim
Come and enjoy an hour of trampolining and an hour of swimming. Parents can swim too! If your child is under 8 you need to be present for the swim session. Must book in advance. Siblings Welcome.
Please note: Your child must have socks for the trampoline session.
Disability Inclusion Project - Boxing
A non-contact boxing session perfect for the complete beginner. The session will work on the agility, footwork and types of basic punches that all boxers need, with a variety of non contact drills, pads and bag work.
For age 8 plus.
Siblings welcome too.
Disability Inclusion Project - Multi Sports Day Camp
Join our sports camp for a day of activities. The coaches will be putting on a variety of fun sports sessions ranging from Trampolining, Short Tennis, Football, Tag Rugby, Athletics and Boccia to name just a few!
Your child will need a packed lunch, plenty to drink and please wear suitable clothing.
If your child will require to take medication through out the activity please discuss this with us prior to booking.
Disability Inclusion Project - Own a Pony
Come and experience all the fun that comes with owning a pony. Learn how to groom, tack up and feed 'your' pony, and of course ride. Please wear suitable footwear. Wellington boots are best.
